Would like to give a shout out about my neighbor , Tim Brown, who actually planted and cared for the Brian Moore garden. He is a professor at RMC and is very knowledgeable about gardens. He worked in the NYC park system and got his masters gardeners course at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden paid for by the park system. He helps me on Fridays in my garden and is a welcome sight — actually knows what to do.
